HONORARY GRAND MARSHAL

The Public Celebration Committee is seeking nominations for the
Honorary Grand Marshal of the 49th Annual Labor Day Parade to be
held Monday, September 4, 2006.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES - JULY 26, 2006

This year's theme for the Labor Day Parade is:

If you know an individual that you feel has contributed outstanding service to the
Borough of South Plainfield send us a letter stating your reason why this person should be considered
for Honorary Grand Marshal.  Please include the candidate's name, address, telephone number and
accomplishments. Send your nomination to:

Any non-profit organizations that wish to have a concession stand at

PARADE MARSHALS NEEDED

Marshals are needed on Labor Day to help organize the line of march and then walk with their unit the
length of the parade (approx. 1 1/2 miles) from Middle School on Plainfield Ave to PAL on Maple Ave. 
Come out and join a great group of community volunteers.  Must be at least 18 years old. Please contact:
