General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2,  2010 
Polls are open from 6:00am til 8:00pm

Last day to register to vote or to transfer registration for the
November General Election is Tuesday, October 12, 2010. 


Anyone wishing to register to vote MUST:
* Be a citizen of the United States
* Be 18 years of age on or before the election day
* Have resided in the county at least 30 days
* Register at least 29 days prior to the election

You must re-register if:
  * You move from one county to another
  * You have a name change due to marriage, divorce or
        Judgement of the Court
  * Any change of address

Voter Registration Application Forms, Absentee Ballot Applications are
available in the Municipal Clerk's Office at 2480 Plainfield Avenue,
South Plainfield, NJ 07080 or you may access forms online at
www.NJElections.org

Voter Registration Application forms must be completed and mailed to
the Middlesex County Board of Elections, 777 Jersey Ave.,
New Brunswick, NJ 08901-9896 or received by the Municipal Clerk
twenty-one (21) days before an election to be eligible to vote.  The same
form is used by voters who have changed their name or address.

Ballot by Mail Application are required to be completed by those voters
who wish to vote by mail-in ballot.  These applications are due in the
Middlesex County Clerk's Office seven (7) days before the election, (October 26, 2010)
After that time, voters may go, in person, to the County Clerk's Office and vote,
prior to Election Day.

Your polling place will be designated on your sample ballot, which
if you are registered to vote in this election, should be received by
you approximately 5 days before the election.
