Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the South Plainfield Mayor and Borough Council on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7:00pm on the following matter:

Person to Person and Place to Place Transfer

Plenary Retail Consumption License # 1222-33-003-006

From Uno Restaurants to Ignite Restaurants, Inc. 

Said meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building, 2480 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ  07080 at 700pm at which time and place comments and objections to the License transfer may be presented by interested parties.  Questions should be directed to the Clerk’s Office at 908-226-7606.
