     #063 – Appoint Joseph Glowacki to the position of Project Coordinator – Construction effective March 18, 2008.

     #064 – Authorize the awarding of a contract to Dallas Construction Company, Inc. for the grinding of material located at the former Suburban Transit Bus Company.

     #065 - Authorizing the hiring of John B. Abbruzzese as Fulltime Computer Service Technician, effective March 31, 2008
