# 1835 entitled: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 143 entitled: Peace and Good Order of

                           the Code of the Borough of South Plainfield.

#1836 entitled:  An Ordinance establishing regulations for sound beekeeping practices

                           within the Borough of South Plainfield

8. RESOLUTIONS

08-308        Authorize the release of performance bond posted  for public improvements

                 made at Block 254, Lots 1.01 (Case Drive) for Ascent Aromatics.

08-309        Authorize amendments to the FY2009 Temporary Budget

08-310            Authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute an agreement between

                  the Borough of South Plainfield and the County of Middlesex for the 2009 

                  Alliance Contract in which the Borough will receive a $20,777.00 grant

08-311        Waive Fire Permit fee of $42.00 for the Knights of Columbus to hold a Trivia

                 Night at the Senior Center on Saturday, November 28th.

08-312        Waive the Fire Permit fee of $42.00 for the South Plainfield Football Eagles

                 Organization who will hold a Bonfire / Pep Rally on Saturday, November 1,

                 2008 at their football complex.

08-313       Waive Fire Permit fee of $42.00 for the South Plainfield High School Music

                Booster who will be operating the concession for the marching band festival on

                October 18th at Jost Field.

08-314       Authorize a contribution of $200.00 to local resident Sofiyah Sadiq for her to

                compete in the Miss New Jersey Competition

08-315       Approve a request by Dawn Maurer for a block party on October 31, 2008 from

                5pm to 7pm on Garden Dr beginning at one end of Robert Place to the other

                end of Robert Place and also Meadow Terrace at Garden Dr.         

9. RESOLUTIONS – Executive Session
