RESOLUTIONS

08-316                          Authorize the release of a Performance Bond for Block 197, Lot 6
  ( Faulks Place)

08-317                          Authorize the release of Performance Bond posted  for public
  improvements made at Block 346, Lots 5 (Tremont Avenue)

08-318                          Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue a check in the amount
  $26,954.60 for a tax appeal refund on Block 528, Lot 47.01,
  USLR-New Durham Rd Associates

08-319                          Authorize Temporary Budget Amendment

08-320         Appoint a full time Fire Inspection Specialist at a salary of $35,552.00

08-321        Authorize the Municipal Clerk to solicit bids for a replacement vehicle
                  for the South Plainfield Volunteer Fire Dept Engine 5.

08-322                          Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue a refund check in the amount
  of $90.00 membership fee to Joan Bechtle of 236 Carlisle Avenue,
  South Plainfield
, NJ
 

08-323        Authorize the hiring of Philip Buono as a Probationary Part-time                        Telecommunications Operator for the South Plainfield Police
                  Department effective November 17, 2008 at hourly rate of $15.79,
                  with no benefits

 

08-324        Authorize the extension of the warranties for two (2) recently purchased
                  police patrol cars from the Dealer (Warnock) at a cost of $2,745.00 each,
                  total cost of $5,490.00.

08-325        Authorize the Police Department to enter into a Maintenance Program with                    Queues Enfroth Development to provide access to all State and Federal
                 Police related Information at a cost of $28,107.00 from
                 account # 9-01-25-250-000-204

 

08-326        Authorize the hiring of Eric Milstien as a Probationary Part-time                        Telecommunications Operator for the South Plainfield Police Department
                 effective November 17, 2008 at a hourly rate of $15.79, with no benefits
