repealing the existing Section 1206 regarding development fees and adopting a new
development fee ordinance to establish a standard for collection, maintenance and
expenditure of development fees for the purpose of providing low and moderate income
housing.
#1720 An ordinance supplementing the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of South Plainfield to
facilitate the provisions of affordable housing in the third round housing cycle in
connection with residential and nonresidential growth and development.
