7. ORDINANCES – Public Hearing and Final Adoption

     #1721 – An ordinance rescinding Ordinance #1215 entitled: :An Ordinance establishing no left turn

                        regulations on Maple Avenue in the Borough of South Plainfield, County of Middlesex,

                        State of New Jersey”.

     #1722 – An ordinance designating certain intersections as “STOP INTERSECTIONS” and providing

                        a stop sign at said locations within the Borough of South Plainfield

8. ORDINANCES – Introduction

     #1723 – An ordinance prohibiting left hand turns at certain locations within the Borough of South

Plainfield, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey.

     #1724 – An ordinance creating various employment position within the Borough of South

Plainfield and establishing compensation for said position

9. RESOLUTIONS

     #048 – Authorize the release of performance bond posted by Joseph Panzarella for public

                        improvements to Block 318, Lot 6 (428 Bergen Street).

     #049 – Authorize the release of performance bond posted by Fourth MPPL Realty for public

                        improvements to Block 398, Lot 9 (318 Tremont Avenue).

     #050 – Authorize the release of performance bond posted by Enrico Pigna for public improvements

                        to Block 36, Lots 5.01 and 5.02 (116 Firth Street).

     #051 – Authorize the waiving of all fees associated with the submission of an application for an

                        interpretation of the zoning ordinance relative to the installation of a fence at Sacred

                        Heart Church.

     #052 – Accept the resignation of Natalie Bergen from the Cultural Arts Commission effective

                        immediately.

     #053 – Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue refund check(s) totaling $29,889.00. The

following recipients received favorable tax appeal judgments from State Tax Court: Shimon, LLC, Block 528, Lot 48.                  

     #054 – Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue refund check(s) totaling $6,075.00. The

following recipients received favorable tax appeal judgments from State Tax Court: Craigwood, LLC, Block 528.01, Lot 47.

     #055 – Authorize the hiring of Stacey Zereconski as a Police Records Clerk at a salary of $24,000

                        effective February 21, 2006.

     #056 – Authorize the extension of Liquor License #1222-33-013-001 to the Estate of Joseph B.

                        Stavish.

     #057 – Endorse Senate Bill S557, commonly referred to as the “Recycling Enhancement Act”

     #058 – Authorize the entering into Executive Session for items approved by the Open Public

                        Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, Ch. 231.
