8.   ORDINANCES – Adoption

     #1764 – An ordinance providing for the sale of municipal land
                  known as Block 308, Lot 4 (Highland Avenue) to
                  Sandra Erb in the amount of $3,300.00.

     #1765 – An ordinance amending the fees for the South
                  Plainfield Community Pool for the year 2007.

9. ORDINANCES – Introduction

     #1766 – An ordinance establishing the requirements for
                 the proper disposal of pet solid waste for the
                 Borough of South Plainfield, County Middlesex,
                 as required by the NJDEP.

     #1767 – An ordinance prohibiting the spilling, dumping or
                 disposal of materials other than stormwater into
                 the storm sewer system in the Borough of
                 South Plainfield, County of Middlesex, as required
                 by the NJDEP.

     #1768 – An ordinance prohibiting the feeding of unconfined
                 wildlife in any public park or any other property owned
                 or operated by the Borough of South Plainfield, County
                 of Middlesex
, as required by the NJDEP.

     #1769 – An ordinance prohibiting illicit connections to the
                  municipal storm sewer system operated
                  by the Borough of South Plainfield, County
                  of Middlesex
, as required by the NJDEP.

     #1770 – An ordinance providing for the establishment of
                  certain no parking zones in the Borough of
                  South Plainfield, County of Middlesex.

     #1771 – An ordinance creating the position of Community
                  Service Worker – Aging and providing said
                  compensation range for the position for the year
                  2007. Funds for said position have been acquired
                  from a Grant from the Benjamin Foundation.

     #1772 – A capital ordinance appropriating $55,000.00 for
                 various capital purchases within the Borough of
                 South Plainfield, County of Middlesex.

     #1773 – A capital ordinance appropriating $40,000.00
                 from the Sewer Utility Capital Improvement
                 Fund for the purchase of a truck for the Public
                 Works Sewer Division.

     #1774 – An ordinance establishing the regulation for
                 operation of traffic control devicesin the Borough
                 of South Plainfield, County of Middlesex

     #1775 – An ordinance requiring financial disclosure for
                 all candidates for Borough Council.

10. RESOLUTIONS

     #022 – Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue refund
                check(s) in the amount of $17,771.78.

     #023 – Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue refund
                check(s) in the amount of $4,310.00 to Binder Realty
                of South Plainfield who has received a favorable                  
                judgment on a tax
appeal for Block 476, Lot 6
                (2820 Hamilton Blvd).

     #024 – Accept the resignation of part-time Public Safety
                Telecommunicator David A.Eichler effective immediately.

     #025 – Accept the resignation of part-time Public Safety
                Telecommunicator Lauren Buddulph effective
                February 12, 2007.

     #026 – Authorize the hiring of Joseph Nappe III and
                Thomas Rutter as part-time Public Safety
                Telecommunicators at a rate of $14.63 per hour
                effective February 12, 2007

     #027 – Appoint Pamela Stefanek to the Cultural Arts
                Commission for a three (3) year term expiring
                December 31, 2009.

     #028 – Authorize the waiver of all permit fees (except
                electrical) for the installation of a new sign and
                the construction of a new front desk at the
                PAL Building.

     #029 – Authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to
                execute the change order associated with
                the Monument Park Footbridge. This is a
                result of a change in material quantities
                and does not increase the cost of said project.

     #030 – Approve a Capital Budget Amendment in the
                amount of $95,000.00 for the purchase of
                various equipment utilized by the Borough.     

     #031 – Authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to
                execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement
                with AFSCME 3970.

     #032 - Authorize the entering into Executive Session
               for items approved by the Open Public Meetings
               Act, P.L. 1975, Ch. 231.

     #033 – Authorize the waiver of all permit fees
                (except electrical) associated with the office
                renovations at the Public Works facility.

     #034 – Appoint Jason Garcia, Tiffany Price and
                John Mocharski, Jr. as Probationary
                Firefighters for the South Plainfield
                Volunteer Fire Department.
