8. ORDINANCES – Adoption

     #1782 – An ordinance amending Article 19 of the Sanitary Code of the Borough of South Plainfield, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey entitled “License Fees”.

     #1783 – An ordinance authorizing a special emergency appropriation according to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53 to be utilized for the Codification of Borough Ordinances. 

9. ORDINANCES – Introduction

     #1784 – An ordinance amending Ch. 67 of the Code of the Borough of South Plainfield,      County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey entitled “Alcoholic Beverages”

10. RESOLUTIONS

     #084 – Authorize the entering into Executive Session for items approved by the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, Ch. 231.

     #089 – Authorize the refund of the permit fee, in the amount of $28.00, paid for by Greg Cassio who has decided not to perform the related revisions to his property located
at 564 Harrison Avenue.

     #090 – Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to issue refund check(s) in the amount of $997.26.

     #091 – Authorize an Emergency Appropriation in the amount of $25,000.00 for the codification of the Borough Ordinances. This amount will be allocated equally in the next five succeeding annual budgets.
