7. RESOLUTIONS

#10-072     Authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute a three (3) year

contract for curbside recycling collection services with Republic Services

of NJ, LLC, 11 Harmich Road, South Plainfield. NJ 07080

the successful lowest responsible bidder, at a total cost not to exceed

$473,000.00

#10-084     Waive the applicable permit fees for any resident who needs to replace their

 water heater or furnace due to the recent storm  

#10-085     Approve a change in the legal firm of record for Redevelopment

                 Attorney Sharon Weiner.

#10-086     Authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute a three (3) year

                contract for the collection, removal and transport of the recyclable materials

                from the Borough Recycling Center with Joseph Smentkowski, Inc., 75

Country Avenue, Secaucus, NJ 07094 at a cost not to exceed $13,275.00

#10-087    Waive the Fire permit fee for the SPHS Chapter of Help Darfur for a

concert to be held March 19, 2010 at the PAL from 630pm – 10pm

#10-088     Authorize a Temporary Budget Amendment in the amount of $600,000.00

                in Current Fund Operations.
