ON-LINE REPORT REQUEST FORM

You can have a copy of a police report mailed and/or faxed to you for only $3.00 for the first page, $ 1.00 per page after that. Just complete this on-line request form. NOTE: this service is also available by phone just call 908-226-7670 during normal business hours.

If you prefer to pick up the report at the Records Window (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday) the standard fee for Reports are - $1.00 a Page, (first page Free to Seniors). 

There are times that we are unable to release a Police report by law. If for some reason, the report you requested cannot be released, you will be notified.
