The following code 187-21 refers to Parking in a front yard setback. It states that in all zones within the Borough of South Plainfield, off-street parking is only allowed on the following surfaces. You must have the following, asphalt, bituminous, cement or stone. You are not allowed to park any vehicle on the grass.
