Affordable Housing Committee
| Description of Duties: | Advisory committee. Meets on an as-needed basis only. Administers the Borough's responsibilities relating to ensuring controls on affordability of low and moderate income housing units; pricing low and moderate income households, affirmative marketing of low and derate income household units, qualifying persons and families for low and moderate income housing, referring qualified households to the owners of low and moderate income housing units and preparing and monitoring forms required by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. |
